OPENING TIMES

FOR BOARDERS STAYING WITH US

(Drop off and pick ups) are between 9am - 10am or 2pm - 3.30pm every day.
If these times do not match what you require then please just ask and we will do our best to accommodate.

DOGGY DAYCARE AND TRIAL DAYS

(Drop off and pick ups) are between 7:30am - 4.45pm weekdays.
and 8am - 3.30pm weekends and bank holidays

Staff lunch break is between 12pm and 1pm.

We close the main gates between 10am and 2pm

HOW OUR PRICES WORK

We charge our kennels and catteries per working day (8am - 5pm) Overnight stays will be charged for the following day, we do not charge 24hrs from drop off to pickup time.

Check List for arrival

1. Please make sure you have filled out our boarding form before your pet's arrival. You can complete it online or email it to us.

2. Remember to bring proof of vaccination from the vet. We cannot accept pets who have received the Kennel cough vaccine within 3 weeks of their stay.

3. Provide us with emergency contact information of someone who can care for your pet in case of an emergency.

4. Do you have any medical records you would like us to review?

5. Pack enough food for your pet's stay along with clear feeding instructions. Additional charges may apply if food is not provided.

6. Inform us about any medications or supplements your pet requires, and ensure to provide detailed written guidelines for administration.

7. Don't forget to send along a reminder from home, such as your pet's favorite toy or blanket.

Kindly refer above for our operating hours. In case of arriving when gates are shut, we appreciate your patience until they reopen to welcome you inside. Thank you for understanding.

Glencoe looked after my two cats for 10 days whilst I went on holiday, it was my cats first times being in boarding and the staff took such good care of them. My long haired Chihuaha absolutely loves being at Glencoe, either for day care or boarding, he adores all the staff. He gets very excited whenever I drop him off and he always comes home happy and tired from playing with the other small dogs. I enjoy looking at the many photos posted on Facebook when he's there, seeing them shows me how much fun he is having.

I would unreservedly recommend them if you are looking for kennels for boarding or Daycare for your pet.
